授業の改善と工夫

改善と工夫内容
- Building relationships based on respect and trust with the students through group-building dynamic and personalised feedback.
- Creation of customised teaching materials for all classes, and yearly re-edition based on students and colleagues feedback.
- Multiple anonymous surveys every semester to obtain feedback from the students and readjust my teaching approach and class content.
- Learner autonomy is encouraged through individual mini research projects.
- Always try to connect the content and skills learned in class with real life and other courses.
- Feedback is provided to students for every assignment and evaluation.
- Use of multimedia such as authentic news report to render content relevant and stimulating.
