名古屋外国語大学論集第15号投稿について

論集委員会では、『名古屋外国語大学論集』第15号への申込フォームの受付を開始いたしました。
本学専任教員の方は、NUFS Portalをご確認ください。

投稿申込の締切は、2024年1月19日（金）午後1時です。締切をすぎると、投稿申込の送信ができませんので、ご注意ください。

注意事項

  1. 原稿は、2024年4月1日(月)午後1時(厳守)までに、5号館5階の国際日本学科事務室内の論集委員会用のレターケースにご提出ください。ご提出の際には、「印刷した原稿1部」と「ワードファイル等の編集可能なデータを入れたUSBメモリ」を封筒に入れておいてください。その際、データの予備を必ずご用意ください。メールでの提出は受け付けておりませんので、ご注意ください。
  2. ご執筆にあたっては、論集規程および投稿・編集要領をご確認の上、参考文献の引用や使用されるデータなどを適切にご対応の上、ご投稿ください。
  3. 執筆区分は、論集規程および投稿・編集要領をご確認の上、学術論文、研究ノート、書評、調査報告、翻訳のうちから適切なものをお選びください。
  4. 書式は、執筆要領をご確認の上、ご専門分野の書式に準拠してください。英語論文につきましては、APAスタイルのテンプレートもご利用いただけます。
  5. 専門領域については、原稿区分や書式等の確認のため、これまでに投稿された（もしくは投稿を想定される）学会誌等がございましたら、その名称をお教えください。
  6. 査読を希望される場合、論文の掲載号は第16号以降になります。
  7. 査読をご希望頂いた論文について、本学論集委員会による査読審査は困難として査読をお断りする場合があります。
  8. 共同執筆者とともに、複数の執筆者が作成する原稿を投稿する場合、申し込み時に共同執筆者の氏名、所属、職名を別紙に記入してください。
  9. 原稿文字数は、和文23,000字以内、英文8500ワード以内としてください。それを越える場合は、次号に分割してご投稿ください。
  10. 〈注〉を付記する場合は、文末脚注とし、番号は「1、2、3…」と記入してください。　「ⅰ、ⅱ、ⅲ…」あるいは「(1)、(2)、(3)…」等と表記された場合は、「1、2、3…」に統一いたします。
  11. 校正は3校までです。2校以降では修正箇所の確認や誤字・脱字の訂正程度に収めて頂くようお願いいたします。
  12. 執筆者へお渡しする抜き刷り基本部数は、50部です。
  13. 投稿申込送信後に、控えがメールで届きますので、各自で保管してください。

The deadline for submission applications is Friday, January 19th, 2024 at 13:00. Please note that after the deadline, it will not be possible for us to send in your application for submission.

[Notes]

  1. Manuscripts must be submitted by 13:00 (strictly enforced) on April 1st, 2024 (Monday) to the letter case for the Review Committee in the office of the Department of International Japanese Studies, Building No. 5, 5th floor. When submitting your manuscript, please include "one printed copy of the manuscript" and "a USB memory stick containing editable data such as Word files" in the envelope. Please be sure to have a backup copy of the data. Please note that we do not accept submissions by email.
  2. Before submitting your manuscript, please check the journal rules and guidelines for submission and editing, and ensure quotation of references, data, etc. are being used in an appropriate manner.
  3. Please select the appropriate category of writing from the following categories: academic paper, research note, book review, research report, and translation, after checking the journal rules and guidelines for submission and editing.
  4. The format of the paper should be as follows:For formatting, please refer to the guidelines for authors and follow the format for your field of expertise. For English papers, APA style templates are also available.
  5. For your area of expertise, please provide us with the names of any journals to which you have contributed or are expected to contribute in order for us to confirm the classification and formatting of your manuscript.
  6. If you wish to submit your manuscript for peer review, the publication issue will be No. 16 or later.
  7. The review committee of the journal may decline to review your paper if it is difficult for the review committee to perform the review.
  8. When submitting a manuscript prepared by more than one author together with a co-author, please provide the names, affiliations, and professional titles of the co-authors on a separate sheet of paper when submitting the application.
  9. Manuscripts should be no more than 23,000 characters in Japanese and 8,500 words in English. If your manuscript exceeds these limits, please split it into parts and submit the rest separately in a forthcoming issue.
  10. When adding "notes", please use endnotes at the end of the text and number them "1, 2, 3...".　If you write "i, ii, iii..." or "(1), (2), (3)..." etc., we will standardize them to "1, 2, 3...".
  11. Proofreading is limited to three proofreadings, and we ask that the proofreading after the second proofreading be limited to checking corrections and correcting typos and omissions.
  12. The basic number of copies of the reprints to be given to authors is 50.
  13. After submitting your application for submission, you will receive a copy by email.
