モデルナ製ワクチンの異物混入について(重要)

既に報道等でご周知のことと存じますが、8月26日、厚生労働省からモデルナ製ワクチンに異物混入があったとの発表がございました。
中西学園職域接種会場では、この異物混入があったとされる製造ロット番号3004667のワクチンを8月18日（水）から8月23日（月）の間に使用しております。
現在、厚生労働省及び武田薬品工業より情報を収集しておりますので、詳細が分かり次第、改めてホームページ及びポータル等でお知らせします。
大変なご迷惑とご心配をお掛けし申し訳ございません。
なお、厚生労働省では、今のところ、これまでに対象ロットにおいて、本件に関連して発生したとみられる安全性上の懸念に関する報告は受けていないと通知しております。
また、厚生労働省及び武田薬品工業と緊密に連絡し、速やかな情報開示と迅速な対応に努めてまいりますので、格段のご理解とご協力をお願い致します。

To all those who have received the vaccinations at school
Important: the contamination of a foreign substance in a vaccine made by Moderna
As you may have already heard in the press, on August 26, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare announced that a foreign substance had been found in a vaccine made by Moderna.
Vaccine lot 3004667, which is said to have been contaminated with a foreign substance, was used at Nakanishi Gakuen vaccination center between August 18 (Wednesday) and August 23 (Monday).
We are currently collecting information from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, and we will make an announcement on our website and portal as soon as we know the details.
We apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause.
The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has informed us that it has not received any reports of safety concerns that may have arisen in relation to the lot concerned.
We will work closely with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and Takeda Company to promptly disclose information and take prompt action. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
