[Important] Continuation Of The Campus Entry Restriction Following The Declaration Of A State Of Emergency

[Purpose] Due to the State of Emergency having been extended, we will continue to take measures to restrict campus access. The purpose of the campus entry restriction is in response to the State of the Emergency request by the government that aims for each person to have 80% less contact with other people in order to prevent the explosive spread of the new coronavirus infection.

[For Students] In principle, students are not allowed on campus. However, if the university grants special permission, campus entry may be permitted. In such a case, we will notify you via the Portal system. Extracurricular activities such as club activities have also been prohibited until the end of May.

[For Full-time and Part-time Lecturers] Please refrain from entering the campus except for teaching your online courses or for meetings convened by the university.

[Staff and Assistants] Staff and assistants will be working in shifts. Please follow your supervisor's instructions for work assignments. If you are able to work online from home, please do so.

[Period] The State of Emergency has been declared for the following period: Initially: April 10 (Friday) - May 9 (Saturday) Ongoing: May 11 (Monday) - May 30 (Saturday)

Therefore, we are asking that all students, faculty and staff stay at home and refrain from leaving your homes for any reason unless it is absolutely essential.
